The prices of your pictures is astronomical. Not allowing to choose just add ons is ridiculous as well. Try better to make them a reasonable price. Package 4 is almost 70 dollars! For school pictures? Get real. And who on earth wants or needs 12 wallet size pictures. You and your prices disgust me. I hope you go out of business with these BS prices.

Wow, what an amazing experience! Jess, Melanie and Hanna were so kind and patient with my daughter! They were willing to take as many photos as we needed to make sure we were happy with her senior photos. They were super friendly, I am so thankful for them and can't thank them enough!

They were great! I was there to take my senior photos and the photographers were around my age. It was a real enjoyable and memorable experience. At first, I was nervous and usually a little insecure about the way I appear. But with the crew members encouragement and excitement to take photos for me, my worries were washed away. Honorable mention to Rosie/Rosy! Definitely made me feel like family.

This year I got my children's school pictures back and the 8x10 has a HUGE barcode down the side that you can see in any frame. I called, I messaged, no reply. One year they used a surf board as a prop and didn't even say anything. I found out when I got the pictures back and my son is standing next to a surf board in a suit and tie (he loves dressing up for the photos). I wish the school would go elsewhere. For the prices you pay, you should receive great pictures AND customer service!

The photographer was nice, but we received our pictures and the proofs that were sent did not match the tri-fold book that was sent, meaning there are 2 spots for landscape pictures and they sent one. I would have to drive 1 hour back to the studio for a re-take instead of reprinting an image in a landscape manner. Very disappointed as a parent, after spending so much money. They should take the correct number of landscape and portrait pictures based on what I paid for before even going there.
