Worst service and follow up. My taxes were prepared by this firm for 2019 and were done incorrectly. the information that was provided to the IRS vs what i had provided to the CPAs was very different and caused us to have issues basic information a my dependents name and SS were incorrect. I was supposed to receive a credit for this since the services had been paid in full. I followed up with the CPA Maria Campero who had originally prepared this tax return and mentioned they would fix this, more than 1 year later , I keep calling and getting voice mails and no response from this team.
Unreliable and unprofessional , extremely dissatisfied and surprised a company could be so unetihcal.
