I never received my daughter's yearbook that I paid for. I waited until the last day of school thinking they weren't handed out yet. When I still didn't get it I went to thr office and they told me "call Harmann Studios, they'll help you" but Harmann does not help people. They will not give me a yearbook unless I buy another one. My daughter is in Kindergarten. I don't know if someone took it, if it was left somewhere or what but I never got it and my daughter doesn't remember seeing it. I won't be buying another one because I feel there should be some type of customer service and I got none. They obviously get a lot of business doing all the school photos, apparently money is all that matters to them.

We just had our pictures taken for our church directory and Julia did an awesome job. I would highly recommend Julia for any photos. Very professional and so great to work with.

My daughter dances at a local high school and we had bought a few hundred dollars worth of individual and team photos. When we got them, they were all of the same 2 poses. She had several outfits and several poses. When I ordered, I physically went into the studio and talked it over with the front desk and had written down the reference numbers, poses, etc.. When I contacted the studio they were helpful in the sense of reprinting the missing ones-or so I thought. Via email, I again addressed the missing photos so I would also have a copy. They printed them very quickly and this time I received the correct team photos but got the SAME 2 pictures and poses I had gotten the first time around. Seems like they only print 2 poses no matter what you order or write down. I can’t understand this?!? I alone have over 75 pictures of 2 poses in the same outfit. Between my mother in law and myself, we spent nearly $500 on 100+ photos of the same pictures. Very disappointed. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 only because the correct photos I do have are nice quality. Many other studios in town that don’t have this problem.

Unlike many of the reviews, I can’t complain about the photo quality (yet). My daughter looked great in both poses and we were happy with what we got to choose from.

Here’s why I’m giving them one star.

They had server issues for days so we couldn’t even get online to place orders. The school finally contacted us to let us know it was resolved. I decided to save myself some money and order the digital download to just print what I needed on my own.

Fast forward three-four weeks and we just got our information to download her photo. But oh wait, when you follow the instructions it just says no photos are found. So I can wait yet again for a reply from them tomorrow to see when I can actually get what I paid for.

I already told the school that they need to hire a new company for the future because none of the parents I’ve spoken with are happy with this one. Not customer friendly or easy to do business with.

Mark hooked me up good for my head shot. Highly suggest. Got me in in a decent amount of time and pictures were produced in a decent amount of time too. We both knew when he took "the one".

Our school & church recently used this company for school pictures and a church directory. We just got both back and are severely disappointed in the photo quality. The color is off & they are grainy looking. Our faces & necks look like they are covered in faded bruises. I put my daughter's school picture from last year (taken by Heizler) next to this year's (taken by Harmann) & the difference is glaring. If they ever use them again, I'll pass. My dated smart phone & walmart instant photos can produce the same quality for much less.

People were helpful in the past but this time around with the kid’s pictures has been horrible. The kids pictures they aren’t smiling or looking towards the camera and the photographer refused to show them the pics so they could see if they liked them. We put in for retakes and the only day available for them one kid was gone at conferences for FFA. They refused to let us go to picture retake at other school in town for retakes. I offered to drive them over there. One daughter was able to do retakes they stated time would be 8 am-noon. My daughter left her school to work Job early to get her retakes and they decided to close up at 10 am without informing anyone and wouldn’t work with us for any of it. The sports pictures were taken indoors and they cropped them and all the kids look like the have short legs and are floating from the added background. We have 5 kids in school and the expenses of school and sports picture’s definitely adds up. It would be nice to have quality pictures to look back on. And the customer service was not great. They offered to have us drive to depere for the studio but are only open til 4-5. It takes that long to drive there after school.

This studio was selected by our school for the annual school photos. The photos are quite pricey, nonetheless, I bought photos. Much to my dismay, the photos all have Harmann Studios across all of the photos. I am VERY disappointed that they won’t take their advertising off the front of photos. VERY tacky advertising!!
In response to your response on 11/14/23 - The price for what you get is, in my opinion, on the high side. The bigger issue, which you did not address in your reply, is that your company will not remove your advertising from the front of my photos.
