What can I say... these people are very unprofessional! We paid $300 for a photoshoot for our 4 month old baby. We receive 45 pictures a printed album and a USB half the pictures were all the same, other half was blurry and poor quality. Even though our baby had 3 outfits change and she did a great job smiling the whole time!
They were pictures they took that we never received, in other worlds they didn’t put effort for the work! This was 3 weeks ago and we are trying to get in contact with them and it’s impossible, always not picking up the phone and making up excuses. They know they did a very bad work for us they offered us a nother photoshoot for free but thats not what we want we just want the pictures of our baby, they told us they would “look” for the pictures that were missing and get back to us, DOES IT TAKE 3 WEEKS TO LOOK FOR A PICTURE?!!! We are still waiting up to this day like I said we only want put pictures or the money back!.
Do your self a favor and DO NOT GO TO THIS PEOPLE, so much very photographers out there!
