Very helpful and professional lawyers. David Bever has been the best in my case. I came in with no knowledge how to handle my parents estate. I am seeing the end of the tunnel with his guiding me and having great patience. I hired Malkeiwicz for my auto injury case. The 2-3 times I met with him it's as if I was an inconvenience to him and like I was summoned to the principles office. I was in an accident that was determined to be not my fault and yet he lectured me about how my case is not of value. Do not accept cases you have no desire to fight for. If you will not represent a clients best interest then it might be time to retire. Feel free to contact me as I would love to elaborate more on my negative experience with your law firm.

Update: settled my "no value" case. I guess you don't value 5 figure cases.

I used BMMT to represent me in a motorcycle accident and they went above and beyond on my case. My case was difficult due to the fact that the other driver (at fault) was not ticketed at the scene (I was being transported to hospital at time) but, Mr. Taylor, Tammy and Pat fought to get me the reparation I deserved. This law firm is one of the best in Delaware. We are very pleased with our lawyer Jay Lazzeri from this firm. He has kept us up to date through the whole process and has walked us through each and every step. Each visit with him has been open, honest, and encouraging. The outcomes have been great. You can ask questions and if there are answers he doesnt know he will find the answers. His secretary Lora is great to communicate with and very helpful.
