Our whole family sincerely thanks lawyer Rafael G. Martin and his colleagues for their excellent work. We bought a house in Granada two days ago, we did not encounter any problems, while preparing for the transaction, Rafael took care of all the problems. We used Andalucia Lawyers for the tourist registration of our house in Spain. The process was complicated as we needed a Licence of First Occupation which involved engaging surveyors and negotiations with the local tourist board and Town Hall. Rafael and his team provided an excellent service with excellent communications throughout the process. My wife and I highly recommend Andalucia Lawyers. When we bought our house in Pinos Genil, near Granada, in November 2019, Rafael and Alba helped us with every step. With their excellent English and friendly approach, they explained the Spanish conveyancing process in detail. Our purchase was complicated and involved complex negotiations with the Spanish tax office and the sellers team, which were facilitated by Rafael in a highly professional and efficient manner. Rafael also met with us at very short notice to answer our questions, as our time in Granada during the purchasing process was less than a week. We also gave him Power of Attorney to complete the purchase in our absence. Alba has helped with transferring utilities, answering our questions on the Spanish tax system and making our Spanish wills. We are planning to use Andalucia Lawyers to assist us with obtaining Permanent Resident status.
