We had a pretty good experience with this little photography studio. I got a flyer from my pediatricians office for the Monday promotion. You call ahead for a mini session for certain milestones. My little girl had her shots that morning and we went in for our photo shoot that afternoon. My baby was a little unsure at first but Jessica had the right ideas to get her smiling. I also paid for the same day proofing session and got my pictures before I left. They came out amazing for same day photos she had very little editing to do as they already looked good as they were. Im so glad I found this promotion. I hope she offers it long term so I can get more milestone shots of my mini me as she grows.

Memeingless Toad

She was very nice when i was there, But i showed her specific photos to take of me and she did not follow through, she told me to pose with my hands oddly. After we were done she told me she would text me as soon as possible about the photos and should take 2 weeks for her to edit them. It has now been around 5 weeks and i have tried to contact her and it’s been days without response. Please take your money somewhere else and find a good photographer that follows up with you. She is also a smoker :/

Very disappointed! I had scheduled a session with Jessica in December and when we arrived to she had forgotten about our appointment. She did "fit" us in to her schedule for a 20 minute mini session. She asked me to give her a few days to get the proofs together and she would be in touch. It has been two months and I still have not heard back from her.
I have reached out through her contact page on her website twice, I reached out to her through Facebook messenger via her Facebook business page, and I have called and left a message twice and have yet to hear back from her. Again, very disappointed! I had hoped that I had found a new photographer to continue taking pictures of my boys and for family portraits.

They took pictures of my son March 2021 and NEVER responded to me ever again. The few photos she did take that she posted on her fb after she took them were horrible and I assumed she would edit the diaper out but she just never responded to me ever again. She posted shes sick recently with cancer and its been ongoing but shes posted tons of other times doing new photo shoots and posting other photos shes done. Im not the first or second or 3rd person to be ghosted by her. Because she never responded to me about NEWBORN pictures which now I have NONE. I have waited since March it is now the end of October. It is not only unprofessional it is down right cruel to ghost people and ruin their chance of having a real photographer take professional quality pictures and respond to customers. I never sent anything mean or got mad just tried to stay patient but now im leaving a review here and on your fb. Maybe next time a simple message could of done alot but seeing this has been happening since before me and after ne according to on going reviews i doubt it. Thanks for stealing my time and stealing my opportunity to have those moments back with my newborn I never got to get new ones. Thanks alot.

She took my sons first birthday photos on July 13th 2021 so that I would have them back by his first birthday on July 27th 2021, it is now November 1st and she has not responded nor delivered the photos. I have reached out to her multiple times in multiple different ways and nothing.
