I GOT my haircut there last Thursday and it was a great experience he cut my hair in a decent amount of time and it looked excellent. I was also given a hot towel after the cut to sharpen the beard and it cost me $65 and because of our conversation and and the experience I paid $75 thanks again!

I’m telling you this place trashy to be a barber shop not clean. I’m a barber myself and this place just got too much going on inside and out and dirty and unprofessional

If you want an authentic downtown Los Angeles barber experience, look no further. I popped in real quick for a fade and wasn’t disappointed. Great music in the background and the familiar green smells of LA… what’s not to love?

Samuel is an incredible barber! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was going to a Halloween party on Saturday night.? I had my face painted already and I wanted to get a haircut but there was no way to book my usual barber, since I have to do it weeks in advance. ? I tried cutting my hair myself and I ended up ruining it. ? I needed an emergency haircut!!! ? But it was around 8 PM and all haircut places were closed except for The Corner Barbershop which was conveniently close to my place. ? I walked in and everyone gasped at the tragedy. They immediately sit me and Samuel ended up being my barber. He told me he would fix it and not only he did but he gave me an amazing haircut and fade. ? Since I had black paint on my face there was no way he could clean my sideburns and he told me I could come the next day and he would fix them. ‍♂️ Samuel went above and beyond and saved the day. He speaks Spanish and I was surprised by him for being so talented at such a young age. ? The convenience of this barbershop to be near me, to be opened really late, to have the option to book appointments from the app and to have amazing barbers as Samuel is game changing. ? I will definitely be back and from now on Samuel is my new favorite barber.

The good: I got an amazing mid-fade for $60.00. The barber took her time, listened to my input, and gave me a great cut. In the end, I added a “hot towel service.” The barber applied a warm towel to my head for at most two minutes. The price for that? $40.00.

To recap. A one hour haircut: $60.00. A two minute “hot towel”: $40.00. That’s $1,200/hour! They should certainly have disclosed the pricing before they offered the service because nobody would expect to pay this much for a warm towel. Make sure to get the pricing up front to avoid nasty surprises.

Also, they don’t take cards.

Cool staff and vibe, but pretty expensive! I only asked for a super basic buzz on the undercut and a quick beard tidy up. No fade, no shaping my beard or anything requiring much precision. $60 was the quote before he knocked it down a little.
