I had a fantastic experience with CostaLuz. It's been a long journey, I first contacted them in February 2023 asking some questions about Spanish visas. They answered all of my questions, before I ever signed any type of contract or gave them any money, which was impressive and so sweet. When I did decide to contract with them to begin my visa process, I went back and forth between some decisions and they pivoted with me. Their fees were set forth very straightforward. They have a whole team of people working with you, and the woman who worked with me most of the time was Elena Cote - she is excellent at what she does! She's kind, intelligent, informed, and she didn't get annoyed with me on the days I was frustrated with the process (and I know I was annoying at times!) We did end up having a snag with one part of the process and were asked for some extra documentation, which Elena quickly worked on with me and submitted perfectly. At the end of the process, in October 2023, my family of 4 now all has 3 years of residency approved in Spain from the United States and we have moved happily to southwest Andalucia. I would definitely recommend CostaLuz if you are looking for a very professional, top notch lawyer in Spain.

In 2007 I purchased an Aparthotel property in Spain, along with a few other investors, as an investment for my eventual retirement income. Not long after the purchase it became clear that the property had been miss-sold and exorbitantly over valued by the lender.
